Low-key big living

Tue Review: 4 October 2016

I completely missed last week. Oops. I feel as though I don’t have any time anymore, but I know it’s not true. The truth is that I am giving too much time to some tasks (i.e. planning our Dec/January getaway) and not leaving time for anything else.

Goal Check!

Brain Goal: I will read 5 books by Christmas.
Action: Today I’m taking a book to the gym and will try reading on the treadmill and exercise bike. Not hudely confident of my ability to not trip over myself on the treadmill, but we shall see.

Body Goal: I will exercise for 1 hour per day, 6 days per week.
Action: Nailed it… mostly. This past weekend was a party weekend, so we missed a few gym days, but we did some good cardio with our dancing!

Soul Goal: I will create a post for each of the new places I’ve visited this year.
Action: My to-do list for this involves cleaning out my handbag, so I can carry my tablet to work, so I can work on this in my lunchbreak. That’s my chain of non-accountability.  Eek.
