My parents are coming to visit. They arrive in two days and are staying with us for an epic 6.5 weeks! I’m very excited about then coming because it’s always a lot of fun – plus there’s a Eurotrip in there! – but it’s also a little anxiety-inducing. My projects are all due to finish within the next 3 months and I’m not as ready as I wanted to be. I’m looking for a new role, but there are hardly any suitable vacancies at the moment. One per week. That’s nothing. I’m just getting into a good rhythm with my blogging and now the routine is going to change. So overall, I’m really looking forward to the fun of having my peeps in town. But the little voice of anxiety is reminding me of everything that might slip through my fingers.

Brain Goal: I will test my new blog plan for a month.
Action: It works! It’s great! Now, can I keep it up while life accelerates and the regular routine gets scrambled?

Body Goal: I will stretch every day until I can sit cross-legged on the floor again.
Action: Health and fitness is at the back of my mind right now, which is not a good thing.

Soul Goal: I will write a business plan for my next venture – getting paid to write.
Action: The business plan (about 70% complete) is the detail of Phase 1 of the ultimate goal. Phase 5 is “Retire early” 🙂
