Low-key big living

Self-control is the challenge at the moment. The kitchen at work has tasty rubbish most days at the moment, my room is the closest to the kitchen and since I’m working on my own I frequently want to refresh my mind and the temptation of an instant sugar hit is often too much.  Oops. But I’m still going to the gym most days, so I’ll have to up the intensity to burn my guilt away!
Goal Check!
Brain Goal: I will read 5 books by Christmas.
Action: Damn, my backlog is longer than my goal list.
Body Goal: I will exercise for 30 minutes every day, outside when the weather permits. I will exercise for 1 hour per day, 6 days per week.
Action: Yup, I’ve upgraded the goal. Bring it on.
Soul Goal: I will create a post for each of the new places I’ve visited this year.
Action: No, but you might have noticed that the Twitter feed is back in action.
