My god, I’m so tired and hungry all the time! This exercise business sucks! I’m proud of how well I’m doing, and the DOMS is better, but still. Yikes.
Goal Check!
Brain Goal: I will read 5 books by Christmas.
Action: Oops.
Body Goal: I will exercise for 30 minutes every day, outside when the weather permits.
Action: This has been going very well, now it’s time to up the ante. Not only do I have my regular routines which I complete 6 days per week, I’m also getting a lot of walking it at lunchtime by hunting Pokémon. I also just created a character in the Nerd Fitness Rebellion – it’s got some great ideas for new activities and looks pretty good for goal monitoring.
Soul Goal: I will create a post for each of the new places I’ve visited this year.
Action: Oops.
